I’ve waited over three years to write this review, hoping this company would eventually make things right. Unfortunately, they haven’t. I originally ordered windows in October 2021, and they weren’t installed until May 2022. During installation, the crew forced some of the windows into place—literally beating them in—despite me telling them multiple times that each window had a specific location. Not long after, water began leaking from my ceiling in two different places. Although they came out several times and claimed the issue wasn’t related to the windows, it was clear the flashing had been installed incorrectly, allowing water to get behind it. After six months, a service tech finally confirmed everything was done wrong. The company made the subcontracted installer pay for the damage, even though they were the ones who hired him. They sent someone else out to “fix” the flashing, but the windows are still leaking. As of today—July 2025—I’ve been waiting since May 31st for someone to follow up and actually correct the issue. I’ve documented everything, including pictures and messages. The ongoing water damage and mold this has caused in my home is awful. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone.

The salesman was competent, courteous and answered all our questions. The craftsmanship of the windows are superb and you got to love the warranty. The installation team was by far the best part of the experience. The installation team was super courteous, knowledgeable and they really took pride in their work. This installation team installed 23 windows in our two story house with a walk out basement and every window looks amazing. It was cold windy and sometimes rainy and still they made sure every window was their best work. We could not be happier. I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs windows.

We ordered our windows in May and were told that we would have them by the beginning of June. When I didn’t hear anything back about scheduling installation I called and they said it wouldn’t be until the beginning of July. The second week of July I still had not heard anything so I called back and was informed that they had the windows and someone would be there next week. The following week I didn’t hear anything at all. I called back again to check on the status of our installation and was told we were “soon” but unsure of a date and they would call me back after lunch. No one called, so I did again at the end of the day. I was told the same thing about them trying to get to my area and it would be soon. My husband decided to call them and they told him the same thing about trying to get someone in our area. They finally called back and scheduled a time for installation at the end of July. Aside from that experience, the salesperson that we had was friendly and informative. The crew that installed the windows was polite and worked quickly to install our windows within a few hours. Also, the quality of windows are great and we love that we can open our windows! Aside from the length of time getting our windows, we are pleased with our overall experience.
