Wilson-Bates Appliance & Furniture SuperStore - Twin Falls, ID

We've been researching electric fireplace/TV stands and aren't wanting to order a kit and have to assemble it. This store had two in stock and Amy was the perfect sales person. Not pushy and knocked the price down for a blemish. Easy shopping experience.

There’s time to change this review. For now I’m leaving one star. I spent $800 on a washer today, went to grab a truck to take it home. I came back and the washer was ready in the back of the store. The employees helped load it no problem. We get home, unload the washer and are in the process of setting it up only to find that the hoses that were in the washer at the store, are now missing. I will be returning expeditiously tomorrow if I do not get my hoses. I did not spend $800 to have to go and purchase those separately and if they were not included, then they shouldn’t be inside the washer as customers are looking at appliances and it should have been mentioned upon purchasing. I am full on expecting the missing pieces to my washer and a phone call tomorrow morning.

This is the 3rd time we dealt with Wilson Bates and honestly they're amazing. A few years ago we bought a couch and love seat and when they brought it over, it was huge and ugly in my house. We reordered and those delivery guys were awesome. That was also too big but we kept it. And over Halloween we bought a smaller perfect couch and loveseat. Upon delivery, the loveseat had a hole. The delivery guy took pictures and called Jose. Today they came and got it. Replaced the whole back and brought it back. 🙂 Aubrey our salesperson was a sweetheart and the Jose and the delivery guys were truly kind, fun and amazing. Very happy customer

I had the best experience at Wilson bates. My furniture came in a timely manner and the Delivery drivers were the best!! They brought my furniture through my window as it won’t fit through my door and they made Sure to put a blanket down to not scrape my couches. They put them together for me and were fast and efficient. Those guys need a raise!! Thank you Wilson Bates and Brenda Meck for my awesome couch!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. After 20+ years of being a loyal customer and purchasing multiple items from this store, I will never go there again. I was treated poorly and left angry and humiliated yesterday.
