Wheeler Alignment & Brake Services

They do speciality vehicles, but their wait time is insane! I came at 9am. For an alignment, they asked if they could keep my car for the day! I did not get the alignment and for $240 to do it, it wasn't worth the wait.

Dropped my truck off Wednesday last week. Today is Thursday and still haven't received an estimate or quote for work that needs to be done. It's always something different when I call up there. Would not recommend. They claim to be super busy but you have to drop off by schedule. Why get overwhelmed to the point when you can't answer customers that have been waiting for days. Here it is a week later and still no estimate. Will be getting my truck and taking it somewhere else.

Loved the customer service!!! That's a determining factor in whether or not I use your business. Mr. Wiggs showed and explained to me what was wrong with my car. He then quoted me the price of what it would cost, and let me decide with no pressure, if I wanted to proceed with their service.

Service was outstanding. They got me in for an alignment super quick and made sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the process. I had replaced the ball joints and tie rods, so it was WAY out of alignment. Came out perfect. My 2007 rides like a brand new truck. Thanks!

Called around 11AM to try and get an alignment scheduled and was able to get a 3:30PM appointment! I drive a lowered car with coilovers and slider ball-joints. I had already spent 3.5hrs at another shop that morning just for them to tell me they wouldn't be able to do the alignment because "they couldn't fit their tools in to align it". Wheeler was able to get me aligned and with a printout. They were super professional and did in an hour what another "big-chain" shop couldn't do in 3.5. Thank you!
