Watertown Watch & Clock Repair

I stopped by this shop with two purposes. 1. I had a mechanical alarm clock that had stopped working and wondered if they could fix it. 2. I had a few vintage wrist watches I was looking to sell. The guy at the counter was very friendly and was happy to purchase my watches. Because of the exchange, he offered to oil my clock for free to see if that might fix it, though he said it probably needs more than just oil. Well much to my delight, the alarm clock has been working flawlessly ever since he oiled it, and it's been over a month now. A really great experience at a very interesting shop!

I am so grateful that they were able to repair my 100+ year old cuckoo clock. It has so much sentimental value and now it’s gentle ticking takes me back to my childhood. I wish google would allow me to post video so folks reading this could hear it. They put care and love into their work while trying to keep things affordable. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Had a fantastic experience. Needed a new watch immediately and found this place via Google. They had a relatively small selection but I found several great options immediately. Chris was so patient and kind as I waffled between them. When I wondered what one might look like with the band from another watch in the case, he just swapped them out and sold me the watch with a different band. He was friendly and available while also offering space for all my deliberating. He was nerdy about watches the way I would hope an expert would be. I will be back here for any future watch & clock needs!
