The sump pump in my finished basement failed, causing water to quickly accumulate. I contacted Water Out and within 15 minutes I received a call from Chad. He was at the house with his crew within 30 minutes and began extracting the standing water and drying out the affected areas. His team was professional, efficient and exceeded my expectations. My pool table and furniture were spared since Chad’s team was so quick to remove and relocate all the items in the basement. Daily monitoring to check for adequate dryness was also a part of the process. After the job was completed, Chad reviewed the work performed and reviewed the final invoice with me before submitting it to my insurance company. Do you want other companies to give you business? How about not having your employees terrorizing the towns that the other company’s employee lives in. I just had a Waterout pickup come flying up behind me in a 30mph in Laotto then proceed to pass me in a no-passing zone just before 3. I will no longer be referring your company to our customers.
