Your technicians came out to my home, and I walked them through all areas of concern, including what the previous technician from your company had done. I pointed out the access hole in my bedroom ceiling that had been intentionally cut so chemicals could be applied to the attic space — a method recommended by the last technician. I was surprised when the technician told me he could not treat that area because he did not have a Phillips screwdriver. He also mentioned the ladder had already been put back in the truck. This was concerning because the previous technician told me this was an important area to treat, and I had made it accessible for that purpose. I ultimately provided my own screwdriver and ladder so the work could be completed. To be honest, it felt like the technician would not have done this portion of the job if I hadn’t questioned it and provided the tools. After they left, I inspected the door frames and noticed the main door frame had not been caulked. I had to call the office for someone to return and finish the work. Additionally, I ended up vacuuming under each door frame myself because the technicians said they did not have a vacuum with them. Overall, I felt that several parts of the service would have been overlooked if I had not been on site and actively monitoring the work.
