Read the other negative reviews of this showroom. They are correct. You go to the showroom and book a test drive. No one calls on the specified day. I had visited the showroom multiple times and had even left a reminder about this. All they did was argue about it. What is the point of having this experience when you go to buy an expensive car? Volvo, your cars are good. But fix this experience. Makes me worried about after sales. If this is the scenario now, what will they do after sales?

I was planning to buy mercedes but now changing place coz of volvo product and service, little disappointing coz of company and not this showroom bcoz of not continuing sedan which they might launch again soon and xc40 but now thinking about electric volvo, not a fan of electric car but the thing volvo giving made me change my mind and my family mind about electric car

Good car but very bad dealership headed by Mr. Thomas and Dealership is doing professional loot during servicing vehicle. They loot customer by adding charges on various headings like, code resetting Fees, Sunroof cleaning charges. They charge exorbitantly for everything and try to make service bill of each car more than 1 lakh minimum. They are taking undue advantage of Gujarat people knowing there is no dealership nearby. If Volvo want to save it image , it should take radical steps.

I bought my Volvo xc 90 on 24 Nov 2024 from Volvo Autobots ahmedabad and my sales executive was Mr Raj At the time of sale I was told by him that the water wading capacity of the xc 90 is till half way mark of the Volvo symbol on front grill (around 2 feet / 24 inches ) -believing him I took my car in the rains in ahmedabad city itself and my car got water damage due to engine entering the water . After wards I came to know that the Volvo xc 90 has water wading capacity of only 17 inches Due to this misinformation given to me by ur sales executive my car is in work shop and I m facing difficulties in my daily commute and financial burden I want to express my concern that such misinformation should not be given to any other customer so that they don’t get harassed like me and I want the store manager/ owner to tell Mr Raj that he should be more truthful and responsible while selling car to any customer - I will always remember with regret the day I met mr raj for buying my new car
