I wanted to say "Thank you" to VAS and the entire team I had the privilege of working with on our commercial project in Shreveport, LA. I've been in the custom home building industry for over 25 years, but this project was commercial construction, which is quite different from custom home projects. As a very detail-oriented general contractor, I know that working with another company in a similar industry can be challenging at times. Different opinions, multiple ways to accomplish the same end result, and dealing with subcontractors can get complicated. When I was deciding who to trust to lead this project, it became evident from my first meeting with Justin, Thomas, and Joel that they were the perfect fit for us. Communication was professional and constant throughout the entire build. Justin was always available when I needed help with our financial institution, providing quick turnarounds on all of our AIA forms. Joel was always accessible and kept the project moving forward. If something got stuck, he was there to solve it. When I called, he answered. I never felt like my questions or concerns fell on deaf ears. And then there was Mrs. Kimberly... she may have been behind the scenes, but she kept us all in line. Every time I dropped by the VAS office, there she was with a smile on her face, ready to assist. I’m ecstatic with my new home in Grove neighborhood. It has been a year and a half now, and everything from the quality of floors, countertops, fixtures, is top-notch. Nice details have not been overlooked. I would definitely consider Justin and Vintage again if I’m ever in the market for a new home. Bonus is how responsive they are to covering issues that happen within the first year. Minor adjustments had to be made, no big deal, and not having to pay a dime or sweat the small things is such a relief!

Vintage Construction Group, particularly Justin Sevier and Thomas Johnson did construction for my new pediatric clinic. They were amazing! From start to finish, they were professional, caring and thorough. Not only was their work exceptional, but they kept to the time frame and cost as promised. It was a pleasure working with them.
