Complicated billing process. No app. Literally a wireless phone company with no account/billing app. Gave them a deposit equal to 3 months worth of service, account suspended if I get even 1 month behind. Must pay last months and new bill, 3 weeks before it's even due, before they will return service. Service that they continue to charge you for monthly while you are suspended. Pretty expensive compared to other carriers I've used in the past. Customer service a little lacking.
Want to give a Big shout out to Ashley and Adam amazing customer service!!! Ashley went above and beyond for us , she made sure we got the best deal for me and my family. Her and Adam spent a couple hours helping us and never gave up until we were satisfied. I recommend going here they made us feel welcomed!! Thanks guys keep up the good work
