Vance and the team did a great job. My neighborhood is old and has frequent outages, I cannot afford to be without power due to my elderly mother living with us. Vance and the team were in and done in 2 days minus the inspection. I can be at ease now knowing I have automatic backup power. Thanks and awesome job. I reccomend using Vance to anyone who is considering having a generator installed.

Vancelectric quickly responded to my initial inquiry and set up an appointment for an estimate. Vance arrived as scheduled and we discussed generator options. The job would be a bit complicated because of where the generator needed to be placed. A couple of days later, a representative from a gas company came by to assess my propane needs, so it seemed as if the project was moving forward. Two months passed with no word from Vancelectric. I sent an email to ask when I would get my estimate and Bob sent this reply, “My apologies, I will ask Vance about this today to hopefully get the final proposal sent out to you soon.” I never heard back and we still have no backup power as another winter storm approaches.

Vance is an amazing guy with vast knowledge in power generator. Great guy to work with. I had a second 22 kw Generac Generator installed and worked by Vance. Called during the storm yesterday due to some issues with generator. Vance was patiently and walked me through all the steps to get the generator back online. I needed someone to repair my 20kw generator which was throwing an ‘under voltage’ error. The original installer got out of the generator business about as quickly as they got into it. Finding competent generator support is not easy. I’ve got above ground power and a generator out of commission in December is no fun. Vance showed up, diagnosed a bad controller within 15 minutes and replaced it right then and there. I was expecting to hear that he’d have to order a controller and return next week but he actually carries inventory on his truck. Vance had the generator up and running in 30min. Including a test for commercial power outage. Service was fast, courteous and professional. Thank you Vance Electric!
