I had a stovetop repair for $435.49 which to me seems really expensive. They replaced a switch. It took 2 visits, the first they decided what needed to be fixed. For the second trip out they were running late on a 3 hour window so I had to reschedule. The repair took 20-30 minutes. I was not given an invoice to see the breakdown of cost for labor and parts. Which is to me is something you should automatically get. I will not use them again

I would rate 10 stars if possible. Bonnie was very pleasant to talk to on the phone, and the technician, Hoyt was amazing… Very nice young man very knowledgeable very informative. He took the time to explain in detail to me what I needed to know about my freezer and made me feel safe and confident that everything was OK when he left. I would recommend to anyone who needs appliance Repair.

I can't say enough good things about Valued Appliance Services. I was having an issue with my Subzero refrigerator. I called and spoke with nicest lady named Bonnie. Her son owns the business. It's a family owned business. After dealing with large unprofessional companies around Charleston that overcharged me and never fixed my problem, I was happy to finally find a company of professionals that actually knew what they were doing and cared about customer service. Bonnie lined up Hoyt to come to my house the very next day. Hoyt was very nice and knowledgeable and fixed the ice maker that the other repairman was suppose to fix, but didn't. He also completely checked out the fridge and freezer and narrowed down the issue I was having with the vacuum condenser light coming on in the fridge. Since this sort of repair can be expensive and the temperature reading in the fridge and freezer were reading correctly, he suggested I hold off any further repairs until I actually had a cooling issue. Now isn't that refreshing?
