Linda and Karen helped me upgrade from a dinosaur machine to a fancy new Pfaff and so far I love it! They were so knowledgeable, helped me get acquainted with all the new gadgets, and gave me a tutorial. I plan to go back for supplies I’ve been needing!

You actually have costumer service, which is a thing of the past most places. You have knowledgeable and friendly staff who helped us decide what to purchase. We are very happy with J&R Vac & Sew! Cannot wait for the quilting class so I can use my new sewing machine!!

Customer service was top-notch. I do not know much about sewing, but I have decided this year Is the year I am going to learn. The man who helped me was fantastic. I want to say his name was Drake, but I am terrible with names that may not be correct sorry. He took his time, showed me the machines, and even helped me practice on one. Before I walked out of the store, he took the time to ensure I knew the basics of the machine I was buying and told me to come back with any questions. The customer service time and attention were worth going into the store. I will continue to shop there for my sewing needs.

I purchased a new vacuum from J&R and it's been humming along perfectly. The expert recommendation and experience of Mike helped the final purchase decision. For scale, .3 microns is bacteria, .4 microns is mold spores, .5 microns is dust mite protein, 1 micron is cat dander, 2 microns is household dirt and 10 microns is pollen.
