Had trouble finding a place that would be able to fix the broken screen on my MacBook Pro at a reasonable price after being quoted around $800 at an official Apple store. Found University Wireless and got quoted less than half of the price at the Apple store. The replacement screen took three days to ship and he was able to fix my screen on the same day. Honest worker and would recommend

I’ve been a regular at this business for 4 years came in and had my IPhone 13 screen fixed with NON Apple OEM parts that caused more issues to my phone, the my screen kept going black intermittently. Frank charged me $160 for a NON OEM Apple screen that gave me more issues. My screen eventually after 4 days went black and would not turn on at all. Came back to have Frank fix it again and he charged me more money even thought the repair wasn’t done correctly the first time. I paid a lot of money for non OEM Apple parts and he still charged me after only having my phone for 4 days. He fixed my screen and the issue persisted. I contacted Apple and they fixed my phone correctly the first time free of charge with OEM Apple parts and told me NOT to go back to this business cause they don’t use OEM parts which causes more issues to your IPhone later on. If I could give this a negative star review I would. I would NOT recommend anyone family or friends to this business.

The vast majority of the time when you visit University Wireless you get to deal directly with the owner, Frank, who is courteous, communicative, and dose quality work and bargain prices. He's been "My Device Repair Guy" for atleast 5 years now, and he has earned a 5 star review from every trip I've made to see him.. I'm consistently breaking my ancient iPhones in various ways, and he's always able to accommodate me, his repairs are always of good quality, and he even did some work outside of his wheelhouse customizing my Steam Deck for me and did a good job with that too.. I believe his establishment also sells used phones, phone accessories, phone plans, and cyrpto too if your into that sorta thing. Screw going to the national chain for these services, Franks the man, he's nice, he's local, he's got your back. Pay him a visit, give him a try, you wont be disappointed, then you'll have your own Device Repair Guy too! =]
