Gerardo was a good customer service very good experience explain a lot of things that I didn't know about my washer. It was a pleasure having him here two times. I am so happy that he came the second time and put my washer door on for me He was very helpful. Every question I asks, he explained it to me. Very good service. Very good experience. Had issues with my Zline dual fuel unit. Unique was willing to service it when others were not. Grayden was very good. Knew his biz, punctual and respectful of the work area. 100% job. Really pleased

My experience with the repair of my stove went smoothly. The company as well as the Technician sent to my home communicated very well. When the technician was on his way to our home, he sent a text saying he was about ten minutes away. When he arrived, he introduced himself and the company he was with. Upon entering our home he went to put shoe protectors on but I said that wasn’t necessary. I took him to our Kitchen and he began the repair immediately. The repair went smoothly as did his testing to confirm that the repair eliminated the issue He cleaned the work area and pulled out his tablet and when finished, asked me to sign in two places. The entire process from beginning to end went smoothly and I would not think twice about using this company in the future if the need arises. Great job Nate.

We used Unique Repair Services for our 6 year old LG washer. We had the repair technician, Miquel, to our home 4 times! First time to “diagnose the problem” and determine model # of the machine, second time to install the part needed, per the previous visit determination, only to have the wrong part ordered by Unique Repair Services. Third visit was to install the correct part, but the agitator bolt was never screwed in place, and a fourth visit was requested, since the technician didn’t complete the repair the third time. Needless to say, during these visits, a lot of screeching power drill noises were heard, and technician admitted having problems with the repair. After these visits fourth visit, machine agitator no longer held tight in the bottom of the washer, AND the original grinding sound under the machine was still present. We paid almost $500, and asked for them to remove & return the part they provided and for a refund, but since we signed the service release, they would not refund anything. Beware, I would not use this repair service. If I could leave 1/2 a star, I would consider that a generous review. Also, asked for the business owners name repeatedly, during the last phone call with the receptionist, and she only responded with “it’s on our website”. Very poor customer SERVICE company.

Note: I have updated my review/stars because the repair has been satisfactory/successful so far, and I indeed did not end up having to pay out of pocket. I had a poor experience scheduling with Unique Repair Services. First, the day before my fridge repair appointment (3 weeks after it was scheduled - the earliest time they had available) they cancelled because they had not received the part. After back and forth with LG (who said all parts had been delivered), Unique Repair admitted they hadn’t processed one of the parts yet, and even though they could do it the next day, pushed our appointment to a week later. Finally, after our appointment finally occurred, the technician left our wood floors completely covered in snow/ice melt. These photos are AFTER mopping and using hardwood floor cleaner 3+ times. I understand the conditions outside were challenging that day, but after dealing with no refrigerator for a month, it was frustrating to have to deal with additional cleanup. The fridge leveling feet were also not screwed in completely after the repair was completed.
