Nikki was courteous, kind and very responsive to all my questions regarding my vehicle. I would also like to mention the technicians working on my car were top notch. I bought a used vehicle, but after that worked on it, it drives like new. Great job!!!

They replaced a motor in my truck. My truck cut off at a stop light and took 10 min to restart. It has so my codes that it never had..Truck doesn't start most of the time...This is a horrible experience..I will never us them again.. When I called I was told I would have to pay for diagnostic. Why u just put a motor in...I was told all we did was put a motor in..Nothing was reset after they put the motor in....I WOULD GAVE THEM 0 STARS..WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! AND MONEY..

Updated 9/29/2025 I gave my car to the shop 3 times for a problem each time I got my car back after 2-3 weeks it was never fixed putting me in near death experiences , now traumatized . I called today to get a copy of a few pages I was missing from the work they had done and Rick told me โ€œto email I would have to walk to the back โ€œ and heโ€™d prefer I drive . Please keep in mind my car they were suppose to fix is not fixed and will cut off and slow down in the middle of the highway . I always give my money and never get fixed results . Now left traumatized and scared to drive . Each time I got it back I called within the week letting them know it wasnโ€™t fixed and I canโ€™t afford to keep paying them with out having it fixed . Really wish someone besides rude โ€œRickโ€ could help me with my car problems that I trusted you all to fix . And yes I have recordings and pictures of my horrible experience I would like to share with a superior . Update: took my car to my guys dad shop to an hour away to look at my car and I have parts tied together (YES TIED WITH STRING) literally bolts sticking out and bolts and screws missing also pieces not on place . Makes more sense ! almost lost my life in my car now I know why I called Richard AGAIN and he hung up the phone he hates his job and hates customers who pay their money . Future steps coming soon . I have video evidence of my whole experience. Even my near death experience.

I purchased a 2013 RAM 1500 from Travers Automotive GMT in March 2025 with a 30-day warranty. Within 15 days, the brake system completely failed. I was forced to bring it to their affiliated garage, Premier Auto (required to keep the warranty valid). They told me the brakes had been inspected and repaired. Only weeks later, the brakes failed again. This time, they told me it was just a defective caliper. Then, just a couple of weeks after that, the brakes failed for a third time. At that point, both the shop manager Mike and the office manager Mike told me my brake pads had worn down so low they had actually โ€œfallen off,โ€ causing the calipers to overextend and leak fluid. That explanation makes no sense for a truck purchased less than three months prior โ€” and one they had supposedly โ€œfully inspectedโ€ twice already. Instead of honoring responsibility, they lied, shifted the story each time, and then made me pay $600 out of pocket for that third repair, even though the problem had never been properly fixed. Less than 48 hours later, the brakes failed yet again. During this same period, the tie rod end separated, which led to uneven tire wear and a dangerous highway blowout. I had to tow the truck to Dobbs, spend $585 on two new tires, and another $600 in electrical repairs for problems caused by a dealer-installed device and a defective key fob. Altogether, Iโ€™ve spent thousands in repairs for a truck that remains unsafe and undriveable. As an independent masonry contractor, Iโ€™ve also lost tens of thousands in business because I cannot transport materials or equipment to job sites. And to make matters worse, when I called Sales Manager Brian to ask for a solution, he literally hung up on me. When I asked him if Travers sells bad cars and doesnโ€™t care, he responded: โ€œYup.โ€ Travers Automotive GMT and their affiliated garage, Premier Auto, have shown a pattern of lies, deception, and negligence. They sold me an unsafe truck, failed to repair it, shifted blame, and treated me with disrespect. Their conduct has endangered me and my family and caused devastating financial harm. I strongly urge others: avoid this dealership at all costs.

I have had nothing but trouble since purchasing a car from Travers! My Range Rover has been in the shop more than 5 times in the last year and has cost me hundreds of dollars! They have my car in their shop right now !! When I ask them whatโ€™s wrong with it? They say they have not looked into yet!! This is day number 8!!! No phone call!!! Nothing from them!! When you call they donโ€™t answer the phone!! The manager tries to be nice but the whole time you are being screwed over! I asked them well what do I do about getting to work!! The short black guy says!! Thatโ€™s not my problem!!! But you made me buy a warranty that has rental insurance on it!! But you will not call it in but you have had my car for a week now! They are horrible!! Iโ€™m done!!! I will never purchase from them!! I will tell anyone I know not to purchase from them!! And yes they still have my car!!! No explanation of whatโ€™s wrong with it or when it will be fixed!!! Horrible customer service and service!!! I have spent so much money dealing with them and this car itโ€™s a shame!! I tried calling the dealership and they said they couldnโ€™t help me either!! So Iโ€™m just out of a car that Iโ€™m still making payments on and out of luck!! I went up there 3 times and they still havenโ€™t told me anything!!
