Trapper John Rodent Specialist

Scott Sternberg who works for Trapper John Company came to my home at my request to assess a rodent infestation. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. He thoroughly inspected our home including the exterior, the roof, the three attic spaces, and the interior and provided photos and a detailed written report that he explained in detail. He then provided me with a proposal that detailed the plan to eliminate the rodent infestation and seal all potential entry points in our house. The proposal cost was 50% less than another company’s written proposal. Once my wife and I reviewed the proposal from The Trapper John company we agreed with their proposal and Scott set traps, and arranged to return the next day to secure all of the rodent entry points and sanitize the attic spaces where rodent activity was found. He then returned about a week later to retrieve the traps and reinspect all areas for any evidence of ongoing rodent activity Of which there was none. He received payment, thanked us for our business and departed. Scott is a model employee. He is honest, straightforward, competent, helpful and thorough in his approach .

Had issues with opossum's in my attic. Trapper John removed the opossum's and sealed my roof so this wont happen again. The price was Awesome, customer service was Awesome , just a great experience. Would Highly Recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you!

When I called Trapper John initially, it was just over a year ago and it was to address a scratching sound that my kids report reported hearing in the attic above their playroom. It was a Sunday and we found Trapper John in a Google search for critter removal. Fast forward through the technician no-showing an already rescheduled appointment, trying to sell us $5,000 preventative measures and countless other shenanigans, it was determined that we did not have an infestation of the sort of critters we had anticipated, but rather had a cockroach situation on our hands. It was at this point that I called our pest control company and they dispatched their cockroach specialist promptly.The pest

Scott was great at providing rodent service, very responsive, knowledgeable, respectful and a great personality, he was able to inspect the area, place traps and repair certain points of entrance that could be used for the rodent to get in. I do think what I paid for the service is too expensive. Update below. Apparently, I was contacted by Scott a few days after I submitted the original review and the company terminated their services with me, that somehow even after complementing him I was blamed for speaking the truth and saying that I feel like they charged me too much and asked me to remove that comment, that it negatively impacted the review as per his text. What is this? What kind of harassment is this? You want me to remove the comment that I think your service was too expensive, well how about I want all my money back! So, let me be really honest here then, the issue was not resolved, the rodent was not caught after he placed 6 traps worth probably $2 each that according to them would be taken back, plus he patched up a few holes that the rat chew through again. I paid over $700 for what? Then, he tells me they dont guarantee that they catch an animal and blamed my apparent complex , but prior to me giving them money he assured me that he has not been unsuccessful yet. Well, I guess I am the first unsuccessful case then? Why were they not honest from the getgo and told me that since its an apartment complex they wont be able to fix the issue. Too many promises and my hopes up for nothing, really? Will I choose them again? Definitely not.

Scott has been excellent throughout the whole process. Communication level is top notch. He addresses any concerns I've had with utter professionalism. Also, the follow ups have been handled with precision and care Everytime. Overall business as well has been nice to work with. They are willing to working with you on the initial prices and get you to a plan of action that works for you price wise. They come with multiple ideas as to what could be done now to help alleviate the major issues and what you may be able to save for a later date to not only nominalize the price but the possible infestation. I highly recommend them
