I discovered an issue with my patio doors and was relieved to find they were still under warranty. Tommy D’s, the company that handles Andersen products, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. They worked directly with Andersen to explain the problem and ensure the necessary repairs were covered under warranty. I truly don’t think it would have been possible without their support; especially Chris, who jumped right in and guided me through everything from the claim to the installation. The installation team was also excellent; professional, respectful, and thorough. They took care of everything perfectly. I really appreciate their outstanding service and highly recommend their business!

We had a sliding patio door installed and we love it. The install went relatively smoothly, and the folks at Tommy Ds were available for questions when some minor issues arose post install. Overall they provided good service and communication and we are very satisfied with the quality of the door. The price was very competitive especially compared to some places in Indianapolis. Great value.
