I had a great experience with Corey from Tom Drexler. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options before starting any work. Corey was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and made sure the job was done right the first time. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and showed real pride in his work. He also took the time to give me helpful information about their membership program and how it can help with maintenance and savings, which I really appreciated. Thanks to Corey, everything was fixed quickly and professionally. He is a true asset to Tom Drexler, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service. We hired Tom Drexler to enlarge our small shower Which consisted of demolition, removing a wall, moving the plumbing , rebuilding the wall and installing the shower surround . I will give them a pass on the fact that they did nothing to protect my home from the dust that was created during their demolition as due to other circumstances, my house was not pristinely clean when they arrived. I will give them a pass on the poor workmanship shown in the drywall, exposed screws, size discrepancy of the new wall, and poorly cut molding that they just reused - as I assume they are plumbers and not drywall experts. But when I finally got into the shower to use the water, hot was cold and cold was hot - I would assume that plumbers would hook up the water correctly. And while the finished shower is a significant improvement over the shower we had, I do have some concern for the workmanship I can’t see as the workmanship I can see is far less than expected

Both Chad and Terrence were courteous and professional on this job. I am completely satisfied with the results. I have both a clogged sewer line and it turns out a leak from the water meter into the house and this was fixed in short order. I would recommend Tom Drexel to anyone for plumbing problems.

Highly professional and they know what they are doing. Always willing to explain the steps throughout the installation. Mike Garcia and his team did an amazing job installing our Kohler whole home generator. Definitely recommending for all home generator installations.

The plumber, Michael, was incredible. He walked me through the entire process as he was working. He alerted me to possible future problems an how to avoid them. He was incredible guy. I am thrilled with his work. I would definitely want him back for anything that could happen in the future. Thank you Tom Drexler Plumbing.
