Very bad service. I came in with a peace of mind and they had a very bad, demeaning tone that hinted towards anger and that they wanted to take action violently. I will never come back here, it seems like they do not want any customers. All other reviews are probably AI generated. Genuine customer here wanting to get my phone fixed but instead I left scared and frightened. The cage at the entrance seems completely unnecessary and perhaps the installed it since their tone and bad customer service caused some outbreaks in the establishment forcing them to make a cage for anyone who enters and exits.

10/10 definitely recommend had leave work due to battery problems came in 2 guys great customer service got the problem handled ! Very respectful guys fix my battery iPhone 14 Pro for $60

Very unprofessional service. The staff spoke to me in a demeaning tone that felt hostile and made me uncomfortable, and I left feeling unsafe rather than helped. I will not be returning, as the environment gave the impression that customers are not welcome. I came in as a genuine customer simply trying to get my phone repaired, but the interaction left me scared and shaken instead. The tone used by the employees suggested irritation and possible aggression rather than any willingness to assist. I also found the cage-like barrier at the entrance unnecessary and unsettling, and it contributed to the feeling that this is not a safe or welcoming place for customers. In my opinion, this experience does not match the positive image suggested by many other reviews, which now seem questionable to me.

DO NOT COME HERE, ALL INFORMATION LEAKED. When leaving my husband’s phone to get a screen fixed we started getting msgs from family members that they think we have been hacked because someone is posting on his social media, we immediately drove to this establishment and the male there kept denying it. He even called the manager who simply said “what do you mean to do?” When we looked in the phones album, there was the picture that kept getting posted across our socials. Even after that he kept denying this. We later saw he posted himself a 5star review from all of our google accounts as well. Who even knows what more we have not found yet. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ALL OF YOUR PRIVACY INVADED!

I have been to this place twice to have my phone repaired. The first was about 3 months ago for the battery and the second was for the camera. Their customer service was great and their price was fair. While waiting, I witnessed how they interacted with other customers. They were polite and kind to everyone. I was happy with the service they provided and would go back if needed as well recommend them to anyone. Obviously the cage at the door is to prevent robbers from entering. It's to protect their assets and most importantly their lives and that of their customers.
