Andi, manager and Ryan, the associate I worked with were amazing. Ryan and his technician found things that needed to be done to my car that the state inspector is at another dealer had not found. I was able to get the work done and the tires replaced on the front of my car in no time at all. They had to order the tires and It was a weekend. The tires arrived Monday morning at 10 AM and by 11 o’clock I had been there and the tires had been put on and I was ready to leave.. I would recommend this place of business to anyone who needs front alignment work done on your car and your tires. They are amazing. Thank you for taking such good and quick services for me. I rate them 10 out of 10…A++

The new manager is awesome with customer service, the technician was knowledgeable and fixed my tire in a reasonable amount of time. They also let me know possible wear and tear issues to keep and eye on in the near future.

On November 17th purchased new tires from Tire Choice on W. Mercury Blvd in Hampton. Steve Albert, the store manager, was very nice and helpful. Since it was going to take a couple of hours to install the new tires Steve suggested Nate, one his employees, take me home to wait. When the work was done they would come and get me. I thought that was a great idea and was driven to my home. After waiting several hours Nate picked me up and I returned to the Tire Choice. Everything was ready. And I got the tires I wanted at good price. At this time Steve apologized for taking so long. He said shortly after dropping my car off Steve's business suffered a power loss stopping all work. Not wanting to waste time waiting for the power to come back on Steve took my Tahoe to another tire shop to swap out the tires. All the work was done to my satisfaction. I thought that was innovative thinking to get the job done. Thanks, Steve.
