I have worked with the people at Tichenor for over 15 years. They put a new roof on my house, repaired the fire box in my chimney, and most recently replaced siding on my house that was damaged from lawn equipment. Every Tichenor person I worked with was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional…from the canvassers to personnel to project manager and to each work crew member. With all the damage done in the Portage area with two different weather events, I was thankful for how quickly they were able to get my house back to whole. I highly recommend them!

Tichenor did a marvelous job on my roofing project. After we agreed to proceed with the project they ordered, delivered and commenced the work within two weeks! There crew was very skilled in tackling our very steep and challenging roof. The crew was large and most efficient and they completed their work within a day and a half including the detached garage. The quality of both the product (Malarkey Vista) and workmanship was excellent. They also installed a high quality TPO flat roof over our sunroom and performed various storm related repairs. They are experts in flat roofs and we are most pleased with the results. Any minor follow-up issues were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We would recommend this company if you want a company that is reliable, good at communicating, and delivers a quality product in a most professional manner.
