I wanted someone to come trace the lines in my home and tag some cables. He showed up same day only two hours later - and right upon arrival he was extremely professional and courteous of my family/home/property. We made some technical decisions/changes once he arrived and he installed some keystone jacks on the cables I wanted traced - even ran to the store to get enough for the job. I work in this field and simply wanted someone else to do it due to time constraints, and Mel is someone I would readily seek out for future needs and someone I immediately recommend if you're looking for some technical solutions at fair and affordable prices.

Incredible service. Mel was courteous, and didn't mind explaining EVERYTHING that I asked about (And I asked a million questions). His patience, knowledge, and skill set are on point, and he's not gonna rip you off or tax you relentlessly like all the "big name" businesses. The Works! -IT Solutions is the absolute best!! My husband and I just moved into a new home and none of the Ethernet ports around the house were working, and the WiFi was across the house from where we needed it, so we needed a fix quick. I called Mel in the morning with this issue, and within 2 hours he was at my house working on it. He even came back the next day to switch out ports and covers where telephone wires were hooked up and made them working Ethernet ports!! He truly went above and beyond, and fixed the issues we had beyond my standards. He went out of his way entirely to make sure that we had the best possible outcome, and for that, I can’t thank him enough. I will go nowhere else for any IT issues we have, as Mel and IT Solutions is the hands down, best around. Thank you SO so much!!

We were extremely happy with the job that Mel did from The Works IT Solutions. The previous install was done several years ago and was not well thought out by the installers. Things were ran in an unusual way to the point wires were coming unhooked due to the pressure. Mel rerouted the wiring, installed everything in a cabinet, cleaned the 2 pc's, and repaired cables. We would use Mel and his company again for any of our needs.
