Marco was great and so was his crew. They were on time and got it done quickly for me. They called me so I could set my alarm and closed my gates and even brought in my trash. Everything was in its place when they were finished. Highly recommend!

Christopher of the Pest Group came out to inspect for termites in a house I was buying. He reviewed the original inspection report and then did his own inspection. He found no evidence of termites in my house and indicated I did not need my house tented as indicated in the original report done by another company. He saved me a great deal of money . He was terrific in explaining everything to me. It is wonderful to see that there are still honest people in the world. I will be a lifelong customer of the Pest Group thanks to Christopher.

Despite fumigation being seen as a "toxic" process, the team that came to do it brought nothing but good vibes to my property! I was a bit behind in being ready and they were really gracious in working with me. The guys were all very friendly and kind, always answering any of my questions or concerns with a smile, and I enjoyed hearing their singing, jokes and laughter while they worked. What a great team and wonderful customer service!

Inspector showed up on time and was very professional. We then set up termite fumigation with tent and always good until the tent company came to the house and said it was too dangerous to walk on our roof and said that they would be back later in the afternoon to see if anything had changed as far as the weather. I went up on the roof and cleaned every tile on the northside just so that when they came back, they wouldn’t have any excuses. A different crew came from the tent company went right up there and said that they would’ve done it in the first place, after I spent 3 1/2 hours cleaning myself. I had tried to contact the original inspector for the job and he was in training all day, so I talk to his boss all via text, just because I wanted to confirm that they will be attending being that we scheduled a two night stay at a nearby campground, and then we had already prepped the house inside and out. The tent all the plants even the ones that we had moved out of the way, broke some landscape lighting and of course, nobody claimed responsibility for. After all was said and done, we were never contacted by Terminix to confirm everything went well.

What a professional, knowledgeable and caring group of men! From the moment I arrived on our property, they were already hard at work. Right on time. And when they saw me struggling with my broken foot & cane, they rushed over and took my hand to safely guide me into my property for the walk thru. They treated my home like their own. Cannot say enough good things about Marcelo and his crew!
