The Observatory

Had an absolutely wonderful lunch here with friends. The décor of the restaurant was to die for, surrounded by some of the most dynamic paintings, looking out the window watching the rain fall while reminiscing with old friends was a highlight of my trip back. The food itself was sublime, in particular I loved my entrée which was the truffle soup, which was the highlight of the whole meal.

Not a bad fine dining experience. The service and the atmosphere was very very good! But the food lacked that "Umph" factor, it wasn't bad and the portion size was good but I think for the price point they can definitely improve more.

I recently dined at The Observatory and had a great experience. The food was delicious, particularly the butter chicken and tamarind cooler. While the service could use some improvement, the overall visit was enjoyable. Some other highlights included the chicken Kiev, hummus, and pan-seared chicken - all were tasty. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try!

Great vibe and views. If your looking for a modern touch with fusion cuisine this is the right place. Food could use some improvement though - I had the 19B soup which could use more flavor. The bun kebab is nice. Chicken chow mein could use more spice. Atmosphere and service was good. I'd definitely return to try more dishes and brunch.

Juicy patties, well-balanced sauces, and buns that held together without getting soggy. The buffalo chicken burger in particular was a hit. • Their club sandwich and bun kebab were next-level. Easily some of the best I’ve had in Lahore, and far better than many high-end cafes trying to do the same. • other dishes were comforting and surprisingly well-made. Not trying to be “gourmet”—just good, satisfying food. Even when the place got busy, the service stayed attentive. Portions were generous and the pricing felt fair given the location and quality. It’s not cheap by Lahore standards, but it doesn’t try to be.
