I found Tom and this company on Craigslist and was pleasantly surprised he picked up after the third ring. The plumber I trust and normally used moved to Florida so when my tenants called me saying the water heater was leaking and there was water in the basement. He was there within the hour, fixed the problem (failed expansion tank, he could have said I needed a whole new water heater) and charged a very fair price. 5 stars to this company it’s very hard to find honest contractors these days!

Tom was great to work with. He moved his schedule around to accommodate us as fast as he could. Price was very fair, and work completed was excellent. Thanks guys!

Tom was incredibly responsive, helpful, and most importantly, honest. While other companies immediately pushed for a full furnace replacement costing thousands, Tom took the time to find the real issue and fix it. He even promised to apply the cost of the repair toward a future replacement if it’s ever needed. That kind of integrity and customer service is rare. Highly recommend!

I would give zero star ratings if I could. This guy is incredibly unreliable, lacks communication skills and integrity. Lied to our project manager about being in the hospital then was seen at Lowe’s the same day. Didn’t respond for days at a time when asked when he would be there to finish the job he started but had no problem asking for payment upfront before even setting foot on the job. Sent a bill for work he didn’t finish before he even left the driveway. Our addition/renovation was delayed at least a month because of this guy. My advice…find a different company to work with.
