The Fix

If I could rate “Jarvis” 0 stars I would. Not only did he jump up on the original quoted price, took 2 days longer than quoted, he did horrible shotty work. We came here to replace our daughter’s tablet screen. Everything was fine for about 48 hours and we quickly started noticing problems. Tonight we couldn’t take it anymore. The glue he used on the screen separated and as a result the screen broke and the home button is now no longer working and dislodged. Instead of taking responsibility, or even offering to fix what the glue caused, he said our 8 year old daughter (who’s had an iPad since she was 3) aggressively hit the home button till it broke and that she dropped it to the point it shattered. He put the repaired iPad into the huge butterfly case to ensure nothing happened to it by accident. Look, we know shit happens. Maybe it was a bad batch of glue, maybe he had a bad day. But take responsibility for the shotty work. We are now in the middle of communication with the owner of the company and our attorney.

If you need a New phone case this is the place to go to, they have a big selection of cases for any phone. They cleaned my phone & installed the new case. Very professional. Definitely recommend.

I'm glad I found this place. My screen cracked a while ago, and I was looking to get it replaced. The lady that helped me was super sweet and knowledgeable. She told me that since my screen was still fully functional with no dark spots, it'd be much better to spend $15 on a good screen protector rather than almost $200 on a replacement. She put on the new screen protector and it feels like new again. You can barely see the cracks. She also directed me towards this beautiful phone case. This place is great.
