Had a previous pc beginning to fail and ordered a new custom build based upon its specific use. Had a brief discussion concerning basic concerns, expectation and the staff met the need with an awesome build that surpassed imagination. They even assembled all the parts neatly, professionally and at no additional cost. (I guess they like assembling new PCs). Anyhow, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend The Computer Shop of Redmond for anyone needing an upgrade, repairs, or a completely new system. They can even make an older-sluggish machine run like new again. Just moved into town and my PC started acting up and overheating. I’m not super inclined on the inner workings of computers. I drove by this shop and thought I’d give them a call. First off the customer service was awesome, I went in knowing a little and they knew exactly what to do. I didn’t feel pressure to purchase new parts and didn’t get scammed on the prices. They put in a new liquid cooling system as well as upgraded my CPU. Before they did, I got a call reviewing what they can do for me and an exact price for the parts. They cleaned and tested all of the components for me and the PC runs awesome. Thank you guys a bunch. I would highly recommend.

Good hard working fast computer store. Nick and his accomplice I didn’t catch his name at the end were very friendly and they did my pc and told me the one thing I I was missing and set it up very clean I would recommend this store over any other one in redmond this is good store and they are know what they are doing!
