This is the best place i’ve been to in gainesville, the staff is incredibly sweet and the prices are extremely reasonable. I came in for an oil change and i recently got into an accident that made my undercarriage cover hang loose and they patched it up! Not my first time here and definitely not my last.

I visited without an appointment for an oil change and had a fantastic experience. The pricing was incredibly reasonable, and they even did a thorough overall check of my car. Thanks to their attention to detail, they caught a battery issue I wasn't aware of. Highly recommend😊

I’ve taken my car to Terry multiple times and he always does a great job. He’s not trying to take advantage of you and he clearly knows a lot about cars. Highly recommend!

Take your car somewhere else to get repair done . I took my car to them they said they fixed it but didn't did exactly the same thing after they returned the car . Would not return my money wanted more money to diagnose again.They had the car for almost a month! Would never return my calls then hung up on me when said I just wanted my car back. Came to get it was improperly stored they had rolled bad window down and car was full of water. Would not admit to rolling window down car has AC all windows up when dropped off.They have very expensive shop rate of 250 bucks a hour beware!!! They also seems marked up price of the part they said would fix my car by seems over 100%! They claim to do repairs right the first time is bullshit! They don't stand behind their work!!!!

If you value your time, money, and/or vehicle, do NOT go to Terry's. They'll break everything they touch on the way in to do your fix, every day they'll push your pick-up time back further, and when they finally finish, you'll get it back dirty and with more problems than you came in with, and they're still going to charge you top dollar for it all.
