Carrsmith

I took my Audi Q5 over to Carrsmith. They were extremely professional, even though my car was not repaired because the insurance maintenance policy rejected the claim for stupid excuses to avoid paying to repair the car, but that’s another issue. But I did want to recommend carrsmith. I think they were fantastic and when I do get my claim resolved, I am certainly taking back my Audi so he can do the repair. Thank you for being understanding and professional Thank you.

I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with my car's service at this place. They are terrible at communicating with you about your car and just rely on automated messages. There is no initiative taken from any of the staff members to deliver half decent customer service. They say they will call you and never do, I had to call them every time just to get some sort of update on my car. They also jack up the prices and throw in fees that were never discussed with you beforehand. Charles was very dishonest and was not going to apply my 10% membership discount from Triple A had I not mentioned anything. The diagnosis on my car was very straightforward yet I was still charged full diagnostic fees even though Charles told me if the problem is straight forward I will not be charged for this. This place is a scam, not only a waste of money but a waste of time as they do not even give you a same day estimate. They are nonchalant and don't care about their customers, they just care about the final price. Would not recommend anyone go here, avoid at all costs!

I went in to have my sister's car serviced. This is one of the best, and most thorough repair shops in the area, certainly the only import specialist worth trusting. See, this car has been to no less than 4 different shops from Jacksonville to The Villages while in the family. Of all the issues and instances, Carrsmith was the best. I'm writing this review now, because the car was just at a dealership in Winter Park for services, and the experience was so grotesque, that I found myself fondly recalling the professionalism, straight forwardness, and empathy that seems to be the norm at Carrsmith. Then I remembered that I never gave them the flowers, or stars in the case, that they deserve.
