NO NO NO!! I recently just came here on the Jan 22 or Jan 23 to get my iPhone 15 plus which I dropped one time and the screen cracked.. he fixed the screen within 10 minutes which was a little too fast for me but I thought HEY the guy works quick. This was a 70 job I guess I should’ve went somewhere more expensive. Anyways now my phone is constantly glitching when I turned it on Apple said they identified a replacement and to basically upgrade my phone to the replacement Apple couldn’t do this because this place is not using APPLE APPROVED PRODUCT which is way my phone screen is glitching… I would come get it replaced but I CAUGHT A FLIGHT WITH A BROKEN PHONE! Don’t trust this company unfortunately.. but they did have a spin will I won a charger:) but guess what… it doesn’t even work . Pretty sure they’ll see this in know exactly who I am I mean my name is KEY :) it’s pretty different hard.. not really a common first name… and btw I unfollowed you guys off instagram I will not promote a company that basically screwed me out of 70 dollars but the phone lasted long enough for me to get my flight information thanks for that

Very courteous/helpful staff. Honestly explained all my options. Repaired the screen on my phone in about 3 days. I have an obscure phone, so they had to order the screen and still fixed it in 3 days. Very happy I found this place for my future repair needs. I used to fix my own screens. But now they are just too complicated and better left to the professionals. They're also the best price in town. Lol Thank you for the great service. I can easily recommend this shop to everyone.

Went in November to get screen fix. Got screen fixed and a privacy screen protector. Guy who was there was kind and fast. Phone was a bit hard to use as I had to press hard to type. Due to work, it took me a while to go back to the store to have him look at the issue. I finally went back mid-late December or early December. Told the same guy that it’s hard for me to use the phone. He took my phone and with no questions, he fixed it for me. Didn’t ask for my phone number/info..nothing..because he remembered me. Again very nice and fast. When I got home, I realized he didn’t give me my phone case that I purchased at the mall because Tellfix didn’t have iPhone 15 plus case the both times I went there so I purchase elsewhere. By then, it was too late for me to go back, plus I was high risk in pregnancy, couldn’t move too much, and had to go into labor early, and the. Was hospitalized. Didn’t get a chance to go back to get my blue phone case until today. I went to the store..this time it was another guy there. Immediately explained him the situation. He said he called his manager and said that his manager do not recall me returning back to the store and that my phone case is not there. MIND YOU! My phone shattered again while I been in hospital…had I had my phone case..my phone would’ve been more protected and less likely to shatter again. I asked the guy to please fix my screen being that they forgot to give me my phone case. The guy repeatedly told me “if it’s not in the system, it never happened” I was furious because now I feel like he’s calling me a liar regarding the fact that I did return to the store a second time. He charged me $80 to fix my phone today. I told him that it’s dead wrong to say it never happened as if I’m making it up that I did returned to the store. I said it’s not my fault the guy didn’t put that I came back again. I even said I was pregnant at that time, I told him the other guy remembers my phone because I had a particular damage in the back on my phone that makes it easy to recall working on my phone, and I said to go back on the camera recording. Again just we been doing this for a very long time, we always put it in the system, it never happened. He also stated that the phone broke because of the fall..I said had I had my phone case my phone wouldn’t have shattered like this. Never again going there and definitely making sure people I come across don’t either. Argue back and forth with people too much…I can see that in the reviews too. Pretty sure I’ll get one here
