Very bad attitude and poor service. Telenor deserve to lose customer due to this kind of bad attitude on the franchises

The staff is unprofessional and third class. They're not addressing my query, instead, they're discussing among themselves and simply redirecting me from one counter to another.

Sales Team behavior very bad . One male staff and one female staff working their. And i will go to sim replacement they said 600 charges but it not. They told me 4:30pm in Ramadan that our timings closing please go out but i will check on Google where is 5pm.

Absolutely unprofessional staff. Staff playing on their phones not helping customers . Their manager is not even trying to help customers just hiding in her office in the back room. Staff is extremely lazy and not even willing to help or even moving from the the chair. Don't use their services. Avoid completely.
