Great customer service! My HP Laserjet Pro MFP477fdw printer was producing pages with marks on the side and the duplexing was not working. I was considering whether to buy a new printer or have it fixed. I decided to have Ray at Tecprotocol fix it. After sending him pictures showing my issues, he was very good at diagnosing the problem. He came promptly and was very pleasant. He ended up replacing a part, which fixed the problem. The price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Ray and Tecprotocol if you need to fix a printer.
Saved the day with expedited excellent customer service. Answered my plea for help with same-day service. With home offic printers that have numerous small plastic parts, how the consumer can help themselves get through a problem is a mystery. I highly recommend Tecprotocol - mystery solved.
