SureGlow Stove and Chimney

Jacob and Brett did an excellent job repairing the external chimney on our 100+ year old house as well as installing an energy efficient insert in the fireplace. They answered all our questions, took time to teach us step-by-step how to use the insert, and went above and beyond the contract agreement to ensure our home stays safe and dry for years to come. SureGlow also supports their workers’ healthcare needs and offered us as customers three separate deals that saved us thousands of dollars — for scheduling a summer cleaning inspection and an exterior/interior repair combo before the end of September.

The guys were extremely professional, fast and fair in cost. I was referred to them by another great company I used before, this time I had a much larger project and they handled incredibly well. I will definitely use them again in the future on my other projects and properties.

The entire installation team did a fabulous job on my new fireplace. It looks fantastic. It is modern and I love the way the flames can change color and it looks really good in my space. The work that the team did on my Chimney outside was done efficiently; they cleaned up everything before they left and all Installers were very professional . Luis did a great job managing them and explaining to me everything that they were completing that day. Thank you

Overall very disappointed with this company. I have tried to be patient and allow opportunities to remedy issues, feeling like I get the run-around each time and that there is a lack of care. Attached are photos of the roof pass-through, flashing, sealant, and the overall lean to the chimney pipe which I have been told is satisfactory…also the estimate including running the flashing under the shingles with ice/water shield. I am making this review to hopefully get the company to make proper repairs that were agreed to in writing…also to show others and hopefully prevent unnecessary damage to their home. I will say all of the technicians that have came out have been nice and pleasant to speak to.
