Food was good. But service was late. A little crowded.

A food place with a soothing indoor proper sitting area. The staff is super cooperative and responsive and trained. Falooda was the best.

I tried Super Ice Point's famous faluda.Which was really amazing and awesome. If you are visiting here i m highly recommending it. I recently visited Super Ice Point with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. Although there was clearly space available on the first floor, we were told there was no seating and asked to go upstairs instead. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere for us. I think the owner sister was dating with someone that’s why he told to there staff not to sit others at first floor .I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training and customer service, as such behavior discourages families from visiting again.

Visited super ice point and ordered wings and ice cream shake. Wings were good but, Unfortunately it was not a good experience as they lower down their food quality especially on ice cream shakes. I was used to visit because it was good. Not a good experience and hope they will work on it. Thank you
