I personally want to give a shout out to the whole team at Suess. This summer they delivered a brand new Sony Bravia for our living room . If equipment requires installation, the tech. crew always arrives on time and completes the job in a thorough and thoughtful manner, with attention to every detail. In my mind, Suess Electronics is the finest A/V dealership anywhere in the midwest!

Not just for professional installs. As a DIY enthusiast, I was able to negotiate a fair price on a used showroom facade. The columns and curtains turned out great. The team at Suess took extra care to wrap everything in bubble wrap when I picked up. Even spent time to explain how to assemble and tear down if I needed to in future. What a nice experience! Recently, our family decided to upgrade to our first smart TV and accessories. I was thinking about going my normal route of ordering straight from the manufacturer or a big box store and then I remembered Suess electronics. I have never been here and I always thought it was not a store for me. But Andrew, one of the salesman convinced me otherwise. We have enjoyed our new TV and accessories and I think I’m going to be a long time customer here. Suess Electronics did an incredible job setting up all of our AV needs for our restaurant — TVs, speakers, cameras, data rack, internet, and helped with our POS system.
