Suburban Chimney & Masonry

Outstanding Service and Exceptional Craftsmanship from Suburban Chimney We hired Suburban Chimney for extensive work, including rebuilding our chimneys from the roofline up, replacing two dampers, and installing a new liner down a cracked flue. The results were truly outstanding, and we are extremely happy with every aspect of the project. From start to finish, the team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and respect. They went above and beyond to protect our home, meticulously taping plastic sheeting to ensure no dust or debris entered the interior of the house. Furthermore, their commitment to cleanliness was remarkable; each day, they cleaned up all dust and debris to perfection before leaving. The finished product is absolutely beautiful, reflecting their excellent craftsmanship. We highly recommend Suburban Chimney for their high-quality work and dedication to customer satisfaction.

We recently completed a major masonry project with Suburban Chimney and Masonry, and as homeowners, we can confidently say this was one of the best vendor experiences we have ever had. We had our chimney relined and a new cap poured, and now have a beautiful and safe fireplace in our home. The key to their success is the owner, Patrick, whose hands-on approach defines the company's commitment to quality. It is truly remarkable to find a business owner so personally involved in every aspect of the job. Patrick ensured our project was completed on time, to our exact expectations, and at an attractive and transparent price. He treats every job as if it were his own home. Patrick’s dedication to customer communication is exceptional. He checked in often—proactively—to provide updates and ensure everything was progressing well. This high level of attention demonstrates his strength as an excellent listener and an ethical business leader who genuinely puts the customer first. When we had questions, he listened attentively and provided thoughtful, expert advice, making us feel heard and valued throughout the process. In an era where finding a truly reputable business can feel like a challenge, Suburban Chimney and Masonry stands out. Their integrity and commitment to delivering superior results are truly rare. If you are looking for top-tier masonry or chimney services coupled with old-school customer service and ethical leadership, look no further than Patrick and his team. They have earned our highest possible recommendation.

Patrick, Kelley and team were awesome! They came in with a competitive quote and walked me through options for the work. The onsite time was 4 days, and they left my yard and home spotless. Communication was impeccable, they found a couple issues once work started, suggested solves and what the cost would be. No surprises at the end! Highly recommend for any chimney or masonry work you need.
