It’s a shame I have to make this review because the plumbers who came out were actually very kind gentlemen. I have a very long driveway with the meter at the one end from my home. It was confirmed I had a leak in the main line to the house. The issue is after they had called whomever it was for direction on how to approach this since it was a “smaller leak” and “probably wouldn’t find where it’s coming from down a long driveway” they were pretty much informed to just try to sell me a whole new line replacement and take zero actions on looking for signs of the leak. Whomever they spoke to told Alan to just go ahead and tell me it’ll be $11,000 maybe even more. I told them I’d think about it but it didn’t sit right with me that they weren’t given real guidance to find the leak but just push this over the top expensive job. Especially after communicating that my last bill showed 49,000 gallons of water used. I thought to myself surely there would be signs of it. Well after pondering I put the good ole hunting boots on and trekked the driveway where I figured the line would be and would you believe a found a giant puddle with water moving and bubbling up. All it took me was 30 seconds of walking but instead I was being told to just go ahead and get 11 thousand dollars worth of work done. I will be digging it up myself and patching it saving me a good whallop of money. Other than the 200 bucks I paid for them to come out. Again not on the gentlemen Alan and Matt they were very friendly and showed to care. I believe it was more misguidance from the leadership they had on the phone when asking for advice on what to do next. (After they had shut off the valve in my house to verify the leak wasn’t in the home). And his thought process was very clear at least to me and that was “let me turn this into a bigger deal than it should be and get a fat paycheck out of it”.

This company is not one I recommend working with. I received service at my home and was charged unfairly. I called for a whole week to speak with someone to fix the problem or get a refund. They kept putting me off. I finally spoke with the owner today and he was so rude and disrespectful. I have never had such a conversation before. He said he has pictures and would win if in court if I charged my credit card back. I had a problem when I turned on bathtub or washer, the toilets would gargle. They thought they fixed the problem when the flushed the toilets. My toilets would flush fine and that's the video they have. I let them know that night after I got off work and turned on tub it still didn't work. They are not willing to work with me and fix the problem. I felt threatened on the phone because he is a big business owner and I asked them to never contact me again. I will not be talked to like that anyone. I don't want anyone else to have this problem. I had to hire another company to come fix the work.

I have called on these folks twice, for totally separate issues. Each time the arrive timely, did the job quickly and efficiently. On top of that, the young gentleman they sent were very helpful, professional and courteous. KUDOs to this business. While I hope I never need a plumbing service again, if I should, they will be my first call!
