I called them at noon on Sunday and the owner was extremely knowledgeable. They should up the next day at 8:15 am and quickly diagnosed it to the pump being struck by lightning. They were all finished up around 11:30 including having the cut bushes out of the way and waiting on the pump to be delivered from tye warehouse. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

Customer beware. These guys overcharge , and install equipment w/o following manufacturers suggested installation. I am sure they do it to reduce the life of the items. I.e. installing pressure tank on it side instead of upright. Very poor customer service too. Owner has a very nasty and defensive attitude if you ask questions. There are less expensive we'll company's in Lexington that have great customer service and awesome attitudes. Avoid this company and and save money.

Woke up Saturday morning with no water. Called the office as soon as they opened, explained my situation and was assured that someone would be at my home within 1 hour! They arrived and before I even knew they were here they had figured out the issue. They came prepared for most common issues with all necessary equipment, parts, and tools for the job. In about two hours they had replaced the tank, pressure switch, and installed a check valve on the pump after pulling up 100 feet of pipe and wiring. I am grateful for their prompt service especially on a weekend and will definitely use them again if a need arises.I highly recommend their business and the employees were respectful, professional, and explained everything to me as the job progressed.

We had an issue with our Well and these guys are awesome! Was told they would be there Monday morning at 8:30 and they were there at 8:20! By 10am they had the problem fixed and we had water! You can read those negative reviews but a lot of times people just want something for nothing or just don’t want to accept the fact on what their issue is. Dakota and Tate were very professional! If I could give them a 10 ⭐️ I would! Thanks Dakota and Tate for getting us back going!

This company came out quickly and diagnosed our problem. A new well pump and tank were installed very professionally and quickly. I highly recommend this company.
