State Street Discount - Appliances, Home Audio & Video

I purchased a washer/dryer combo unit from State Street Discount. I’m waiting on delivery and set up I’m very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism I’ve received thus far from Dave Mariano. He’s been easy to work with and upfront with the process and pricing. Free delivery and set up was another reason for choosing State Street. Finally, after comparing prices at multiple retailers, State Street had the best price.

This is a review of the store, the people, and my experience there. (It is not a review of the washing machine I purchased.) The ladies in front were very nice and helped me find the right area in which to look. They also helped me find David Mariano - I had spoken with him on the phone previously. I thought he was nice and overall helpful. Maybe a little pushy for me; but he is in sales - not a job I could ever do. I was there to look at just one washing machine; which I could not find elsewhere. I looked at that machine and I spoke with him about my needs. We discussed other machine options and I found one I liked better. He helped me collect the information I wanted. No pressure from him to leave to think about it. I went home, did some quick research and returned the next day to purchase it. He remembered me, we settled all the details, set a delivery date and discussed an installation issue (space). All the paperwork was quick and easy. Again, the ladies up front were quick and efficient. The delivery was handled quite well through "Trend Moving" - as David told me to expect. Overall - a very good experience. What I hope now is that the machine works as well as my experience with State Street in selecting and buying it. State Street is supposed to help me if any warranty support is required for the new washing machine. I'm hoping that's not necessary. I will try to update this posting, should the need arise.

This refrigerator was delivered in the middle of December and has not worked since we purchased it. After contacting State Street they set up service for it. The part needed was not available and needed to be ordered. After a weeks wait we received a message that the part was n back order and they repair service did not know when the part would be in. I contacted State Street again requesting a new refrigerator that worked since it had been a month without it working. The service dept. said they would reach out to the representative. It has been over a week and I have not received info regarding the status of the replacement. I was also told that State Street would not refund me the money and take it back. Currently I will never be back to purchase from them. All I want is my refrigerator replaced with a new one that works . Do better.

My washer died yesterday and State Street Discount made the replacement painless. I worked with Ashley, and he dialed in exactly what I needed and found a unit that was in stock and ready for immediate delivery. Quick, easy, and zero hassle. Highly recommend.

Allison was very friendly, helpful and a delight to work with. At checkout the lady taking my card was just as friendly. The showroom was clean, spacious, well lite, and easy to see all products. Setting up delivery was just as easy and delivery guys were prompt, clean, efficient, and friendly! I would not hesitate to, and most likely will buy future appliances at State street Discount!
