He diagnosed the issue with my dryer quickly, had the part in his truck and was finished within 30 minutes. He was professional and shook my hand upon leaving. Doesn’t get any better than this! Haven't had an appliance repair since moving to New Hampshire many many years ago. Had no idea who to call. Started looking at repair companies and reading reviews. Liked everything I saw and read about Mr. Appliance. I called them and the woman couldn't have been more friendly and up front. Made the appointment and Daron One of the technicians was assigned my job. They texted me well ahead of time with a picture so I would know what he looked like. When he arrived he was extremely conscientious and knowledgeable. Had the part on his truck and in less than an hour the machine was up and running perfectly. Very reasonable price for nowadays. I am very satisfied and would strongly recommend Mr appliance.

Zach was prompt, courteous and professional. He was careful to clean his shoes upon entering the house and mindful to protect my counters when working. He explained how I could make my dishwasher more efficient and he was gentle and kind to my aged golden retriever. A very good experience.
