I own a 2003 Ford F150 Harley Davidson Edition. I’m only the second owner, and since the engine is still strong, I’m committed to keeping it in great shape as it ages. I first went to Starkey’s after an emergency failure with my steering wheel controls—thankfully, it happened just as we were parking. After researching the best auto repair shops, I found Starkey’s. The reviews were all positive, so I decided to have my truck towed there. Ryan was our technician, and he was friendly, efficient, and provided a clear, detailed estimate. I ended up needing a new AC Compressor Bypass Pulley and a Serpentine Belt. The work was completed in just two days, and the steering felt great afterward. Six months later, Ryan helped us again when we needed new shocks and struts. Once again, the service was excellent. Starkey’s has truly become my go‑to auto repair shop, and I’ll continue bringing my truck there. Highly Recommend!

This is my second review. I had a heater hose break off my 2011 Chevy work truck. I had to clamp it off the heater hose with a big pair of vise grips to make it I the shop. I explained to Ryan the exact issue. They wanted to charge me $400 to diagnose this. I declined it because it was so obvious what was wrong. Ryan said we need to pressure test it to check for leaks $205. I approved that. They come back with a message saying we can’t test it because the hose is broken and we will need to replace the hose then pressure test it. That’s what I explained to them. Anyways the labor to replace was reasonable, but the parts are way over marked up. The send me the invoice. It has no results from the pressure test. I call to get the results. They said we will get back to you. They never did. Also, they didn’t even use coolant to fill the cooling system. What the heck! Not happy after spending $1100. I do not recommend these guys.

I had lost all hope in car repair shops after my experiences with Chevy dealerships, when I happened to stumble upon Starky's in my Google search. I'm so happy I've found this auto repair shop. Jayden was my service advisor and he has exceptional customer service skills. He provided me with an estimate before I got there so I knew what to expect when dropping off my truck. Everyone in the front office was so kind and welcoming, my kids enjoyed the amazing fish tank! We are very pleased with the routine maintenance work done and it was at an affordable price too. We will definitely be back as this has become our go to auto repair shop from now on! We have also recommend them to our family and friends. They have restored our trust in auto shops. As soon as the special order (Toyota 4Runner brake booster) part was in, my car was out within hours. Not like Firestone, Goodyear or other shops, where you're wondering what's going on, they paid attention to me upon arrival, kept me updated on issues with shipping encountered and followed through on seeing that my issue was resolved. This one time going to them has earned my loyalty for repairs beyond my abilities.
