The people I've met since I've had Stark as my exterminator are always polite, knowledgeable, and on time. I've had a termite inspection. Luckily, no termites here.
Stark Exterminators handles our lawn service and home pest control. Technicians like Alton are knowledgeable and professional, taking time to answer any questions and address any concerns. We have used Stark for years and highly recommend their services. .
We have been customers Arrow/Stark for about 16 years, but I would not recommend them. We have a termite issue that has been unsuccessfully "spot" treated for 5-6 years. 2 of the company reps have suggested fumigation/tenting as the best solution as well as 2 outside exterminator companies, but Stark management does not want to honor our contract. The manager said company policy has changed. He seems confused about contracts vs. policy. Very disappointed with Stark.
My service provider Bruce is just the best! Always on time, polite and gets the job done!! I highly recommend Stark.
