STAR Appliance Repair Fort Mill

Our Samsung french door refrigerator had been icing up on the inside. Took a chance on this local repair company and what a blessing they were. I only had to wait 24 hours from the first call to have a repairman come to our home. I called on a Thursday to schedule a visit - they were at my house Friday morning. The time window they gave me for arrive was only within a couple of hours. They called when they were fifteen minutes away to let me know of their arrival of the FIRST hour. Very professional - took time to explain in detail what was wrong with my refrigerator and upfront about their pricing. In this time of COVID19 when ordering things can be dicey, they were able to order the part and returned to my home on a Tuesday morning to install part. I was notified on Monday of the estimated arrival time (within a couple of hours window) and received a text about their arrival time Tuesday (within the first hour) when they were 15 minutes out from my home. Their costs VERY reasonable after talking to neighbors who have used other big name appliance repair companies. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonable appliance repairman.

Sean was very knowledgeable and professional. He saved the day! Our dryer was no longer heating. He came out the same day and diagnosed a burnt out heating coil. He was able to get it replaced and back up and running in about an hour! Thanks again!

I can't say enough about the service I received from Sean at STAR Appliance Repair fixing my dishwasher. Sean diagnosed the problem, available parts, and completed the service the following day all while giving me step by step instructions so I was aware of the issue and the solution. Happy to say the dishwasher is up and running.
