He told me after a few minutes looking at my machine that the fan was broken. He pointed it to me and I saw it as well. It was only $100 to fix my machine. I am so happy with the result. Before I went to David's place, I went to "Aerus Electroluz" where the man told me after a week of leaving my machine there that it would cost $386 dollars to fix it because of broken motor. I decided to take my machine back and after another research I found stanton Miles LLC. I was lucky to find David. He gave me a penny which was the one that broke my vacuum. I would highly recommend Stanton Miles LLC. What a wonderful experience.
I have loved my Red Star Miele vacuum ever since I got it as a hand me down. I recently took it apart to clean it and lost one small part that allows the brush to rotate. I went to two other local retailers before heading to Stanton Miles. Their staff member attended to me immediately and gave me a price as soon as he saw what I needed. He was knowledgeable and helpful, the price was extremely reasonable, and he put the machine back together for me. I will go straight to them in the future if I need any more help and if I am looking to purchase a new Miele.

The owner was super knowledgeable, attentive, and very helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction. Very rare to have such amazing customer service these days. I would highly recommend Stanton Miles to anyone who is looking for a quality vacuum.
