I received stellar service! Jasmine phone etiquette is very good and the associate that repaired my phone was very friendly and professional. The wait was under 30 minutes! I recommend this vendor.

Would not recommend! I brought my phone in and showed the person there at the time that my iPhone had moisture inside the camera lens on both front and back of the phone and asked if he could remove the moisture. He immediately turns the phone on and asks for my phone's passcode?! Then he proceeded to take my iPhone in the back after I wouldn't give him my code and told him I would prefer you to turn my phone back off. I had to stop him from taking my phone apart to ask him what was I going to be charged and what he was going to do. I turned down the service, too many red flags and lack of professional service and lack of basic knowledge of electronics.

I broke my screen a few months ago, and eventually it got to the point where I couldn't even open the phone. The corner was leaking, and the bottom half was unresponsive. So, needless to say I brought it here. The prosses was quick, easy, and affordable. I understand that a lot of people are skeptical of places like this thinking they will tamper with the battery. I've had my phone back for nearly two months now, and I haven't had any problems with it. Also on a side note it goes a long way when you walk into a store and it smells good. All in all I had a great experience and I would highly recommend.
