Sports Pavilion Rawalpindi

This is my detailed review of Sports Pavilion as a club for membership. First of all their sales/marketing team is obnoxious to deal with. They keep irritating you to buy the membership and when you do actually consider it, they force you to get the lengthiest of the memberships, which I understand is their job but they don’t have to nag you about it. Secondly, I did actually take their quarterly membership which they sold me under the fake pretence that their “swimming pool” will be operational in a month. It was in 2024 and its 2025 now, the pool is still inactive but they still say the same thing. In the period of 3 months, I mostly used the gym, where they made excuses every time I asked for Wifi. In 3 months, 90 days, the gym guy didn’t give me the wifi password. Not a big deal, okay, the lockers are broken, some machines are worn out. Next, let’s talk about their guest policy on this expensive 12.5K a month membership. Last year you were allowed to bring guests and accommodate them in the membership but this year they have changed that as well. You don’t get free bands for Joyland anymore either. The worst part of it all is that now they have installed a new “ticket gate”. You have to PAY to get into the Sports Pavilion area after PAYING to enter the joyland premises. What even? Means that now if you have to use basic facilities like a washroom, pay the ticket. Absolutely worst.

The facility is good but the rules are a designed to rip the customers. With limitations on sports of age, you're getting your child a wrist band in which they can't really do anything. Wherever you go theyl say the kids are too small. They don't even let an 8 year old bowl.

Lots of activities available for everyone except if you have a neurodiverse family member than really a pathetic place because office staff not cooperative though staff deputed at various game places is very nice and extremely helpful. Kudos to lower staff. The office bearers need to me more polite and accommodative. When you are about to get membership they show you very nice attitude but later once you become a member than you get to see the real face of higher staff.

All our family members, especially the kids, had an amazing time with the activities planned. The food was delicious, which added a perfect touch to the celebration. A huge thanks to Fatima, Bilal, and Abdul Sami for their incredible efforts in making the event flawless. Their dedication and attention to detail made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle this special day. Highly recommended for any event!
