We are getting ready to renovate/update our kitchen. We worked with Steve Granbois by appointment. The selection of great quality appliances was awesome, and even better than that was Steve’s vast knowledge of everything. He took great time and care with us, answering many questions, listening to my cooking style, and helping to select the just right things for our needs and preferences. I’m excited for my new kitchen, and grateful for Steve’s help, especially as this is an investment!

This was our first time purchasing the Electrolux brand. Mathew in the Fort Collins store answered all of our questions and verified the information that I found while researching this product. The delivery and installation team were excellent. Chris and Steve were professional with their courtesy and their delivery-installation making the final process seamless. I would highly recommend Specialty Appliance for their product knowledge and skillful delivery and installation team.

We received next level customer service from everyone at Speciality Appliance. Cameron took great care of us finding the refrigerator and matching Kitchen Aide appliances that we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. There was no pressure and we felt validated and well taken care of! The delivery team was also amazing including Dante and Andy. They were beyond professional, courteous, respectful and extremely polite. The communication the company uses is next level and we were notified throughout the day when to expect our delivery. We could even see on the map where they were and what stop they were at. The delivery team took amazing care of our home by protecting the floor, taking their time not to damage anything and cleaning up after the installation. I could not be happier with the service that Specialty Appliance gives to it’s customers.
