Spartan Irrigation

Dakota did an outstanding job both at my house and at my brother’s house. He went above and beyond a standard fall shutdown process. He pointed out issues that will need to be addressed during springtime system maintenance so we can plan in advance to keep both systems operating properly. Both my brother and I really appreciate Dakota’s friendly personality and desire to provide great customer service satisfaction. He deserves a double 5-star rating!

Would not recommend this company. All interactions have been negative. When we moved into our house we contacted them to get a quote to get irrigation installed and they couldn’t be bothered to ever come out and give us a quote after they set a date to come and look at our property. No call, no show, no attempt to reschedule. Fast forward to today and why Ive decided to leave a one star review, a neighbor had Spartan Irrigation out to blow out their irrigation and said it was fine, so I contacted them to get our system winterized. The tech that came out was obnoxious when I suggested that Spartan Irrigation could set something up with our HOA to do all the houses at the same time. He wouldn’t accept payment at time of service and he told me they would bill me. Fast forward again, no invoice shows up and admittedly I forgot to chase them down to pay them. First bill I receive is a late notice with a late fee being assessed. Again I take responsibility for not remembering to call them who I dint get a bill, but the bigger issue is if this is how this company operates I would stay away, I will be and would encourage you as well.

Our experiences with Spartan have been uniformly positive. This year Chance performed the winterization of our system. He's a personable young guy. He was courteous and respectful of our home when he came in to shut the water line valve - removing his shoes without being asked. He completed his work efficiently and effectively. I look forward to working with Chance in the future.

Alex closed our sprinkler system down this fall ( his first time here doing this) and he was superb. He has done Christmas lights at our house last year and does a terrific job. We were VERY pleased and highly recommend him. Our usual opener & closer of our sprinkler system is Jeff and he is great also. With employees like these, we will always use Spartan irrigation and Christmas Decor
