I came in wanting to have a battery replaced and they were able to accommodate my challenging watch without any problem! I also had to adjust a watchband which was very reasonable! I loved my visit here so much that I ended up buying a piece of jewelry for a gift and also purchased a fabulous ring guard for my wedding band! Such beautiful jewelry in this shop! I will definitely be back.
Highly recommend Spalding Jewelry Co. Excellent customer service! Took time to educate on details and choices of diamonds. Process start to finish was only a couple days for a custom piece. Will definitely return in the future!
Purchased an engagement ring for my fiancée. I loved the process and loved just how personal every single person in the shop got with me and my fiancée. I appreciated they did not try to upsell anything and asked the questions that I would not have thought to ask while also tailoring the ring to exactly what she and I both wanted. Were very helpful when it came to knowledge of diamonds and what the pros/cons of each setting or diamond was. Gave us plenty of options and gave us more than enough to choose from. Couldn't recommend this place more and if you need anything from them they will surely get it for you quickly. (She said yes as well!)
