Great experience with Southern Air installing a whole house generator. Everyone was professional and courteous. They responded promptly and did the installation very quickly after signing the contract. Their price was very competitive. I highly recommend Southern Air.
We are really happy with our install from Southern Air. First Adam Phillips was so good to work with. He came quickly and knew exactly what was needed. Our installers, AJ and Graham were the best! They were pleasant and friendly, accommodating but most importantly, they were knowledgeable and efficient. Both were mindful of not tracking up the house although they worked in the rain for two of the days they were here. We could not have asked for two nicer young men than these. Sam came quickly when something additional was needed and lastly Stacy in the office was so helpful too, answering our questions and reassuring us when needed. We are definitely pleased with our experience with Southern Air and will recommend them to friends and neighbors in the future.
